People of Kazo asked to be vigilant, Kakoza
The Kazo District Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Capt. (rtd) Yahaya Kakoza has urged residents of Kazo to remain vigilant and cautious during the ongoing festive season. In an interview with Kazo FM , Kakoza emphasized the importance of community cooperation in ensuring safety and security.
He urged cattle keepers to work together to prevent animal theft which tends to increase during this period. Kakoza assured the public that adequate security measures are being put in place. He however, encouraged residents to act as eyewitnesses and report any suspicious activities to authorities.
Kakoza further asked parents and guardians not to indulge in extravagant spending during this festive season. He reminded them that there will be a new school year soon and school fees will be required when children return for the first term urging responsible financial planning.
The RDC’s call comes as part of efforts to promote safety, security and responsible behavior among residents during the festive season.
