Road accident claims one in Kazo

One person has been confirmed dead in a motor accident that occurred along Rushere-Ibanda road on Friday November 15 in the afternoon.

The accident occurred at Gabarungi in Kazo town Council when a motorcycle registration number UGG794S crushed into a car, Prado Registration Number UBA647F killing Fred Turyahikayo,37, the rider of the motorcycle on spot.

Turyahikayo was a resident of Kayanga cell, Nyamambo Parish in Kazo subcounty,Kazo district

According to Julius Mukore Bukenya, a resident who first came to the scene revealed that the prado was driving towards Kazo while the motorcycle was heading towards Nyamambo from Kazo when the motorcycle crushed into the car.

Turyahikayo’s body was delivered to Kazo Health Centre IV for a postmortem .
