Kazo Endorses Rt. Hon. Among
Delegates from the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in Kazo District have unanimously endorsed the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Annet Anita Among for the position of Second National Vice Chairperson (Female) on the party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC).
The endorsement was made today during a high-level delegates’ meeting held at Kan House Conference Hall in Kazo Town Council. The meeting was chaired by the Kazo District NRM Chairperson Mr. Wilson Nkaija and was attended by Sub County NRM chairpersons, District Executive Committee (DEC) members, district councilors and representatives from various NRM leagues.
During the meeting, the delegates pledged their full support to Among expressing confidence in her leadership qualities and her dedication to the party’s growth and development.
The delegates affirmed their backing for Among’s bid to serve as the party’s Second Vice Chairperson emphasizing her role in advancing the party’s agenda both locally and nationally.
The campaign team for Anita Among from Western Uganda, led by Hon. Dickson Kateshumbwa, Member of Parliament for Sheema Municipality along with Hon. Dan Kimosho, MP for Kazo and Hon. Amos Kankunda, MP for Rwampara County rallied the delegates to support her candidacy. They praised her leadership, commitment and unwavering dedication to the NRM cause and urged the delegates to unite behind her candidature.
