Kazo FM bids farewell to Operations Manager, Nandeeba
Hon. John Nasasira, the Executive Chairman of Capacity Services Ltd and Executive Director Mrs. Naome Nasasira together with the staff of Kazo FM bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Naboth Nandeeba, the outgoing Operations Manager of Capacity Services Ltd who is now vying for the position of Kazo District LCV Chairman.
Nandeeba has had a distinguished career with Hon. Nasasira serving as his political assistant and later as his Executive Personal Assistant before assuming the role of Operations Manager at Capacity Services Ltd.
During the farewell event held at Kan House in Kazo Town Council on Tuesday April 22, Hon. Nasasira spoke highly of Nandeeba reflecting on their 27 years of collaboration. He praised Nandeeba’s loyalty, trustworthiness, attentiveness and unwavering dedication to his work. “Your commitment to Capacity Services has been invaluable and your decision to step back from your duties at Kazo FM illustrates your dedication to higher public service,” Nasasira remarked. He encouraged Nandeeba to advocate for inclusive politics that brings the community together rather than dividing it.
Geofrey Rurekyera, the station manager of Kazo FM commend Nandeeba for his hard work and dedication in completing numerous projects for Capacity Services Ltd. Rurekyera applauded Nandeeba for his camaraderie and composure especially while managing demanding tasks.Kazo FM staff gifted Nandeeba with UGX Shs3,000,000 and blessed him ahead of his campaigns.
In an emotional address, Naboth Nandeeba expressed his deep gratitude to Hon. John Nasasira and Mrs. Naome Nasasira for their mentorship and support over the years. An overjoyed Nandeeba, reflected on their guiding influence throughout his career.
As a token of appreciation, the couple presented Nandeeba with a parcel of his gratuity and a Friesian cow symbolizing their affection and respect for his contributions to the organization and community.
The farewell event not only celebrated Nandeeba’s achievements but also brought together colleagues and friends to honor his commitment and dedication as he embarks on the next chapter of his public service career.
