Kazo: Civil Servants advised to shun corruption.
Political leaders and civil servants at Kazo district Local Government have been called upon to do their work diligently without segregation and corruption.
This message was delivered by the Rt Rev Steven Namanya, the bishop of North Ankole diocese speaking during his pastoral visit to the Kazo district chapel held at Kazo district headquarters in Kazo town council on Tuesday.
Bishop Namanya revealed that the authority given to these servants is from God so they should use it carefully.
During this service, the LC V Chairperson Kazo district, Rev Samuel Mugisha Katugunda appreciated the Bishop for giving them a message that touches on Corruption noting that this will help some individuals to improve where it is necessary.
Dan Nahurira Bwamunyonga, the district speaker also appreciated the Bishop for the work done during his term in office including supporting schools, the mission hospital and the North Ankole Platinum Sacco all of which have transformed society.
