Police bursts sex trafficking ring

Territorial Police in Kabalagala has arrested 5 suspects identified as Nakaziba Oliver(the owner), Wainawalo Ester, 18, Matovu Patricia, 18, Katusiime Mackline 20, and Atim Ritar, 25 all staff of an online sex and pornographic internet site known as the “Online Module Centre”.

Task teams at Kabalagala Police Division, picked intelligence indicating that Nakaziba rented an Apartment where she lured young teenage girls and young female adults, and exposed their nude photos and erotic dances online in exchange for money.


Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson revealed that the pornographic platform which was one of the most active has since been shut down, pending completion of inquiries.

Enanga warned all sex traffickers and other illegal proprietors of pornography sites, including Child Pornography against live streaming videos of child sexual abuse and exploitation of children.

“It is a crime, which looks profitable to them, but is punishable under the law,” said Enanga.
